About Us:
UpperKuts Boxing Club is a growing fitness facility offering high-energy boxing workouts for all levels. We’re expanding and looking for enthusiastic instructors to join our team and help members achieve their fitness goals through boxing-based training.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Boxing Fitness Instructor to lead group classes and one-on-one sessions. The ideal candidate will have a background in boxing or fitness training and be passionate about helping others improve their skills and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead group boxing fitness classes that combine boxing, cardio, and strength training

Demonstrate proper boxing techniques and ensure member safety

Modify workouts to accommodate all skill levels and fitness abilities

Provide individual attention and encouragement to members

Help maintain a clean and organized workout area

Collaborate with the team on class programming and member engagement

Qualifications:

Experience in boxing, fitness, or group training (boxing experience preferred)

Group fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA) is a plus

CPR/AED certified or willingness to obtain

Strong communication and motivational skills

Passion for fitness and helping others succeed

Availability to work evenings and weekends
