Typical Day Might Include A Mix Of The Following:
- Leading energetic and engaging group boxing/kickboxing classes providing proper coaching technique for punches, kicks, defensive moves, and footwork.
- One-on-one training, providing personalized guidance and support.
- Facilitating customized workout plans tailored to individual fitness levels and goals.
- Ensuring a safe training environment by teaching proper warm-up, stretching, and injury prevention methods.
- Management of customer experience by goal tracking with customers to aid in their achievement of fitness goals.
- Regular sales and engagement of customers to promote the usage of nutritional supplements and merchandise sales.
What We're Looking For:
- Personal Trainer Certification
- Group Fitness instructor Certification
- Experience teaching group fitness or martial arts classes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and energize clients of all skill levels.
- Knowledge of fitness principles, health and wellness, and injury prevention with a passion for helping others achieve their goals while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
