Role Overview

We are hiring two Brand Ambassadors based in Concord, CA to join our field team immediately.

In this role, you will be the face of Qui Tequila at retail accounts, tastings, events, and local activations. You should be someone who can work a room, spark conversations, and leave people genuinely excited about what is in their glass.

This is a high-energy, high-visibility role, and it is a lot of fun.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Qui Tequila at in-store tastings, promotional events, and brand activations in the Concord, CA area

• Educate consumers, bartenders, and retail staff about the Qui Tequila story and product lineup

• Drive brand awareness and sales through engaging, authentic interactions

• Maintain a polished, professional, and on-brand presence

• Capture and report event recaps, photos, and consumer feedback

• Build and maintain strong relationships with account staff and local partners
   

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Available on weekends and evenings

• Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, promotions, spirits, or hospitality is a strong plus

• Outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic about premium spirits

• Reliable transportation within the Concord, CA area

• Strong communication skills and professional appearance

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Location

• $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience and event type

• Based in Concord, CA, with activations across the surrounding area

• Immediate hiring for both positions
