Brand Ambassador - RI

DiStefano Brothers is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic individuals in the Rhode Island area to join our events team on a casual basis! 

We’re seeking outgoing and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at events and in Home Depot stores. In this role, you’ll engage with customers, promote our top-quality products and services, answer questions, gather leads, and create a positive and lasting impression of our brand. This position will earn competitive compensation of $17/hour, plus a monthly commission based on sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand professionally at events, pop-ups, and Home Depot store activations


• Set up and break down event materials and displays


• Engage with customers and passersby, sharing information about our offerings


• Distribute marketing materials and collect customer leads or inquiries


• Assist with basic product demos and explain features/benefits as needed


• Work closely with the Event Manager and follow brand guidelines and talking points


• Capture photos and feedback for post-event reporting

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor


• Reliable transportation to various event and store locations


• Comfortable working on weekends or during non-traditional hours as needed


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs


• Prior promotional, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus


• Comfortable with use of technology such as iPads, Google Workspace, and scheduling applications
