Brand Promoter – Weekend Appointment Setter (One-Day Bath & Shower Installations)
Location: Southern Lion Mall – Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Weekends (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Sunday)
Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: Hourly + commission for every appointment you set

This is a great opportunity for college students, recent grads, or anyone looking to gain experience in marketing, promotions, or customer service. No experience? No problem – we provide all the training you need!

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with shoppers at our booth and introduce them to our services

• Share easy-to-understand info about our one-day bath and shower remodels

• Collect contact info and schedule free in-home design consultations

• Represent the ProGuard brand with a positive and professional attitude

• Keep the booth organized, clean, and inviting

• Track your appointments and report your progress to the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing and personable – you enjoy starting conversations

• Reliable and on time – you take your schedule seriously

• Comfortable standing and interacting in a busy retail setting

• Motivated by goals – appointments = extra pay!

• No prior experience required – we’ll teach you everything you need

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs (for booth setup/takedown)
