The Rockport Inn & Suites located in Rockport, Massachusetts is currently seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team.  The Breakfast Attendant's responsibilities include setting up disassembling the continental breakfast.  Ensuring that the breakfast buffet items remains well-stocked at all times. Resolving guest's queries and complaints.  

Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors after breakfast.  Cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops.  

Take inventory of items needed for restocking and communicate information to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry (willing to train).

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.  

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work shifts, over weekends and on public holidays, as needed.
