Position Overview

Essential Responsibilities

• Facilitate clinical rotations, laboratory sessions, and simulation experiences
• Deliver evidence-based nursing instruction aligned with curriculum objectives

• Guide students in developing critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills
• Maintain current nursing practice standards and educational methodologies
• Participate in curriculum development and program assessment

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) completed
• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 3 years of direct patient care experience
• Strong clinical competency and teaching abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
