Position Overview

As a Nursing Faculty member, you'll play a vital role in preparing future nurses through clinical supervision, classroom instruction, and simulation lab experiences. This position offers a perfect blend of clinical expertise and educational leadership.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction in clinical, classroom, and simulation settings
• Facilitate student learning through evidence-based teaching methodologies
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Supervise clinical rotations at partner healthcare facilities
• Maintain accurate student records and grade submissions
• Participate in curriculum development and program improvement initiatives
• Mentor students and provide academic advisement
• Engage in professional development and maintain nursing credentials

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; BSN with teaching experience considered if actively pursuing MSN
• Meets state Board of Nursing faculty requirements
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical nursing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in educational technology and Microsoft Office Suite
