Building Care Custodian (Part-Time)

Sawtooth Software is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented building care custodian for the building we manage at 3210 N Canyon Rd in Provo, Utah.  This flexible, part-time role is essential to help keep our building welcoming, clean, and safe.

Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in keeping our building running smoothly. Duties include:

• Cleaning restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and one shower)


• Refilling paper products and supplies


• Cleaning breakrooms and common areas


• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting


• Cleaning windows


• Taking out trash


• Assisting with light building maintenance, storage organization, and grounds work


• Supporting occasional administrative tasks


• Other projects related to building care as needed

Schedule

• 8–10 hours per week (with opportunities for additional hours)


• Flexible scheduling, with a minimum of 2 days per week

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)


• Previous custodial or cleaning experience (preferred)


• Strong attention to detail and reliability


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Good communication skills


• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment


• Be able to lift 25 pounds

Hundreds of well-known companies around the world (Microsoft, Google, P&G, 3M, Comcast, etc.) use our software for product development, pricing research, and market simulations.

 We have been in our current building in Provo for 8 years. The building houses about a dozen tenants, and this role is critical for tenant satisfaction.
