Introduction: As a busser at Wasserhund Brewing Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of service in our establishment. You will work closely with our kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Beer-Slingers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all orders are complete and presented correctly to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including tables, chairs and floors.
• Collaborate with Beer-Slingers to handle guest needs efficiently and courteously.
• Uphold our high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Answer the phone in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all Guests are greeted in a timely manner.
• Maintain stock on all Server items during operating hours.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
