Busser / Runner

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant is clean and tidy, and that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. 

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for keeping the restaurant/catering work areas and equipment clean.

· Responsible for setting tables with dishes, napkins, silverware, glassware and condiments.

· Responsible for refilling guest’s water glasses and coffee cups.

· Responsible for clearing dirty dishes, silverware and glasses and wiping down tables and chairs for the next guest.

· Assist serving staff in delivering large orders to the guest’s table.

· Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet sets.

· Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
