Busser/Foodrunner- Westlake

Description

Primary Job Duties:
•    Maintain on shift cleanliness of the dining room and restaurant work stations
•    Resetting all tables to the standard table setting
•    Clean/sanitize table tops/chairs, sweep floors, and mop up spills in all restaurant areas
•    Assisting with stocking of silverware, plates, napkins, etc.
•    Sweeping floors and cleaning spills in all restaurant areas
•    Trash removal
•    Opening or closing of the restaurant per opening/closing checklist
•    Communicating with guests and answering basic restaurant/company related questions
•    Assist servers by delivering food and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
•    Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
•    Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

Requirements

Physical Requirements:
•    Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
•    Must be able to lift 40 lbs
•    Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
•    Must be able to communicate with guests and accept and deliver drink orders

Special Requirements:
•    Must be at least 16 years old (18 years old to serve alcohol with valid alcohol license)
•    Must be familiar with most types of liquor, wine and beer
•    Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other similar license per local code
•    Obtain training certification per company policy
