$11.70/hr + tips (earning potential of up to $40/hr)

What you'll do

· Support the restaurant and bar operations.

· Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.

· Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.

· Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.

· Accurately utilize technology to efficiently complete food pick up and drop off service.

· Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming area and restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.

· Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning and/or stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture and removing trash.

· Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests.

· Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times.

· Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.

· Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.

· Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

· Excellent communication and guest service skills.

· Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays, ability to carry multiple plates from the kitchen to tables.

· Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

· Must be able to safely use a ladder.

· Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment
