C Team Volleyball Coach High School

Trinity Academy is seeking a
Christ-centered, enthusiastic HS C Team Volleyball Coach who will be responsible for coaching and developing
younger or less experienced high school athletes, focusing on foundational
skills, team dynamics, and fostering a love for the game in a faith-based
environment.

• Design and implement practice
  plans that emphasize skill development and basic team strategies.
  
• Coach the team during games and
  ensure proper supervision at all times.
  
• Encourage participation, learning,
  and improvement in a positive and supportive environment.
  
• Instill Christian sportsmanship,
  respect, and team unity among players.
  
• Communicate
  effectively with athletes, parents, and the athletic department.
  

Requirements

• Commitment to Jesus Christ demonstrated in
  professional and personal life.
  
• Ability to teach basic volleyball
  fundamentals with patience and clarity.
  
• Mature Christian faith and a
  desire to mentor student-athletes spiritually and personally.
  
• Strong communication,
  organizational, and leadership skills.
  
• CPR/First
  Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
