Cafe Alma is a nationally recognized casual restaurant owned by James Beard award winning chef Alex Roberts. We serve nourishing food inspired by the wonderful local farmers and suppliers that we work with. The primary responsibility of this role is showing guests stellar hospitality by providing spectacular food and drink knowledge,  correct order taking and maintaining a clean environment.  We are seeking a candidate who recognizes the value of welcoming, inclusive hospitality, working collaboratively with others, and enjoys a fun, fast paced environment. Barista experience is a plus!

Requirements

Job Expectations: 

- Experience as a barista or have coffee training

- Morning and weekend availability 

- A passion for hospitality

- Interest in great food

- Commitment to professional and friendly communication practices

- Demonstrate proper hospitality standards and Cafe Alma menu and product knowledge

- An ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
