Job Description - Canaan Resort Ticket Window (Seasonal)

Working in lift ticket window/officeCanaan Valley Resorts Guests is our number one priority.

Responsibilities

Assisting Guests with all aspects of ticketing and pass needs, including walk up sales and on-line sales.

May consist of internal office responsibilities, guest follow ups and general guest services.

Qualifications

Prior ticket sales or cashier sales a plus but not a necessary, will train candidate to task.

Strong Guest service skills, Ability to work in a Team setting.

Experience sales beneficial but not required.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Snow Industry experience a plus!

Willingness to learn new skills.
