Join Our Team as a Community Outreach Ambassadors in Norfolk, Virginia!

We're hiring outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Ambassadors! This is a public-facing, in-person position where you'll play a key role in helping Virginia residents register to vote. If you enjoy talking to people and care about civic engagement, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Stand and canvass at outdoor, high-foot-traffic locations (transit areas, shopping centers, etc.)
• Approach and engage with the public in a friendly, professional manner
• Identify Virginia residents who are not registered to vote and help them register
• Maintain accurate records of registrations and interactions
• Represent the mission of the organization with energy and integrity

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable standing outdoors for 6-hour shifts
• Positive attitude and passion for civic engagement
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous canvassing or outreach experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
