About the Role:

In this role, you’ll support seniors in independent living situations with daily living tasks, companionship, and personal care — while also acting as a leader among your peers. We’re seeking someone who is dependable, proactive, and ready to step into a long-term opportunity with advancement potential. Two primary locations in Belton and South Kansas City will necessitate commuting between buildings, with mileage reimbursed.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a caregiver (3+ years preferred)

Strong leadership skills — ability to mentor or guide newer team members

Open/flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to match our active clients!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for helping others and a professional, can-do attitude

Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Creativity and a heart for fun!
