If this describes you, we want you on our TEAM! Griswold Home Care is looking for high-quality caregivers with a minimum of 1 year of experience. We are seeking the best!

Caregiver Requirements:

• 1 year of caregiving experience


• Reliable transportation


• Ability to work independently


• Dementia experience – a plus!

These caregiving positions offer flexible hours and opportunities to assist seniors - both hourly and live-in positions.

Clients may receive as little as 2 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care. Part-time and Full-time availability

• Previous experience working as a caregiver, preferably with elderly or disabled individuals.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.


• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes as needed.


• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance, if you have your own car. 
  


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.


• 
  Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
