Morning Caregiver – Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

Do you enjoy helping others start their day on a positive note? Senior Helpers South Orange County is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers for morning shifts in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Whether you're a seasoned professional or have experience caring for loved ones, we want you on our team!

Schedule Options:

• 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM


• 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM


• 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

As a Morning Caregiver, you'll provide a blend of:
Personal Care:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene


• Supporting mobility and transfers (e.g., using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc.)


• Medication reminders

Companionship:

• Engaging in friendly conversation and activities


• Meal preparation and light housekeeping


• Providing emotional support

What We’re Looking For
We value kindness, patience, and professionalism. Ideal candidates will have:

• Active HCA (Home Care Aide) registration (or willingness to obtain one)


• Must be at least 18 years old.


• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• No professional experience required. Family experience and/or professional caregiver experience is accepted. 


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.


• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and positive attitude.


• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.


• Ability to communicate with office staff, clients, and other caregivers through phone call, text, and email.

Benefits and Compensation:

• $17 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly.
