Caregiver

As a caregiver, you’ll provide essential non-medical assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.


• Create a safe and supportive environment for clients.


• Foster meaningful connections with clients by engaging in conversation and companionship.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Qualifications:

• 
  Compassionate Provider: You genuinely care about the well-being of others and are committed to making a positive impact.


• 
  Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of verified professional experience working with the elderly.


• 
  Background Check: A clean criminal background record is required.


• 
  References: Provide a minimum of 2 recent professional references (not friends or family).


• 
  Driver’s License or State ID: You must have a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID.


• 
  Availability: Be prepared for flexible scheduling, including 7-day shifts (12 hours each) from 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am.
