Caregiver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver to join our team at Village Caregiving - Eau Claire, located in Menomonie, WI. As a Part Time Healthcare/Medical professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our senior residents and their families. This is an individual contributor role where you will provide one-on-one care and support for our residents in a comfortable and familiar setting.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $15 to $20 per hour, paid semi-monthly. Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to senior residents, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Foster a positive and caring environment for residents, promoting independence, and maintaining their dignity
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate medical professionals and/or family members
- Build relationships with residents and their families to promote open communication and trust
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies, procedures, and protocols

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different client homes
