Location: Aliso Viejo, CA
Schedule: Weekday mornings between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (3–5 hour shifts)

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping seniors start their day and thrives on providing excellent care and companionship.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 
  

  Provide morning personal care (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands (IADLs)

  
  


• 
  

  Offer social engagement and companionship

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor client well-being and report concerns to care team

  
  

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• 
  

  Are reliable, prompt, and proactive

  
  


• 
  

  Have experience in caregiving or have cared for family members

  
  


• 
  

  Are registered as a Home Care Aide (or willing to get registered)

  
  


• 
  

  Can assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily routines

  
  


• 
  

  Have reliable transportation and insurance

  
  

Benefits and Compensation:

• $17 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly.
