- Caregiver

Description of the role:

Griswold Home Care for Metrowest-Boston is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as CNAs - HHAs-Companions.  In this role, you will provide direct care and companionship to clients in the Milford, Marlboro, Massachusetts area.. Your main responsibility will be to promote the overall well-being and independence of our clients through various activities and personal care assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming


• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition


• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities


• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is preferred; but experience as a Companion is also important


• Prior experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
