Caregiver in Assisted Living and Memory Care

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional support and care to residents in our assisted living and memory care communities. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and respectful environment

- Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff

- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals

- Support residents during meals, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment

- Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality of resident information

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement personalized care plans

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living, or memory care preferred

- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to follow detailed care instructions and safety protocols

- Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light lifting

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) are a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
