BrightStar Care is Hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA) and Caregivers for 4-Hour Shifts!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? BrightStar Care is looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Attendants (PCA) / Caregivers. In this role, you'll provide high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them with activities of daily living (ADLs), and ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal hygiene, showers, and bed baths

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts

Monitoring vital signs

Providing toileting assistance, including briefs, urinals, and bedpans

Delivering basic and advanced dementia care

Helping with repositioning for comfort

Providing transportation to appointments and outings

Must be okay with animals (cats and dogs)

Wages:
$15–$16 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Shift Availability:
We are hiring for 4-hour shifts, perfect for those looking for flexibility. Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Locations:
Summerlin, Southern Highlands, Spring Valley, Anthem, Boulder City, and Lake Las Vegas

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) or Caregiver

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Must be comfortable with animals (cats and dogs) in the home

Valid physical and a negative 2-step TB test

CPR and First Aid certifications required
