Shifts:
8 am-12 pm or 9 am-1pm
4 pm-8 pm or 5 pm-9 pm

Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care
• Preparing meals and special diets
• Assist with toileting
• Assist with ambulation and proper body mechanics
• Performing general housekeeping tasks
• Provide transportation assistance to and from activities
• Assist with grocery shopping
• Must be able to transfer up to 150 pounds with the use of an assistive device

Requirements:
• Must be able to work in the United States
• At least 18 years of age
• At least 6 months of verifiable caregiving experience required
• Valid Driver’s License, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
• Clean criminal background and driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen at an interview
