Day to Day: 

• Provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility in the client’s home
• Promote client safety, comfort, and dignity while encouraging independence according to the individualized care plan
• Observe, document, and report changes in physical, cognitive, or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or care team
• Follow infection control, safety guidelines, and CNA scope of practice while maintaining accurate care documentation

Qualifications: 

• CNA certificate - does NOT need to be active
• Must have 1 year of experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a personal vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Dependable and compassionate attitude
