About the Role:
We are seeking a patient, compassionate caregiver to support a 10-year-old girl in Pontiac who lives with ADHD and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD). The caregiver will provide structured, consistent support to help with emotional regulation, daily routines, and skill-building activities in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with after-school routines and structured activities

• Use calm, consistent strategies to manage emotional dysregulation

• Provide supervision and positive reinforcement

• Communicate regularly with family on goals and progress

• Help foster social-emotional growth and daily life skills

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children with ADHD or behavioral challenges preferred

• Must be 18 years or older

• Calm, dependable, and understanding approach

• Willingness to complete paid training
