About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to assist a semi-independent adult female in Troy, MI, who lives with Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, and social phobia. The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and comfortable providing low-pressure, structured support while respecting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities

• Provide emotional support in public or high-stress environments

• Help maintain routines and a calm, supportive atmosphere

• Offer light assistance with daily living tasks as needed

• Promote independence while remaining available for support

Qualifications:

• Experience with autism, PTSD, or mental health support preferred

• Must be 21 years or older

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Calm, respectful, and dependable demeanor

• Willing to complete paid training
