Pay: $15.20-16.20 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient caregiver to support a sweet and energetic child with autism in a loving home environment in Pontiac. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working with children and helping them grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support, including play, structured activities, and skill-building

• Follow routines and care plans tailored to the child's needs

• Assist with daily tasks, meals, and personal care as needed

• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment

Requirements:

• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred

• Must be comfortable working in a home with cats

• Must be dependable, patient, and have strong communication skills

• Background check required
