Schedule: Afternoons, flexible

About the Role:
We are looking for a kind, dependable, and understanding caregiver to support a 14-year-old girl in West Bloomfield with ADHD and an anxiety disorder. This role includes providing personal care assistance and helping create a calm, supportive environment that encourages routine and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks as needed

• Help implement routines and structure in daily activities

• Provide emotional support and reassurance in anxiety-triggering situations

• Encourage positive social and communication skills

• Collaborate with family to meet behavioral and emotional needs

• Ensure safety, comfort, and consistency

Qualifications:

• Experience with ADHD, anxiety, or similar needs is preferred

• Must be 18 years or older

• Patient, empathetic, and reliable

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Willing to complete paid training prior to starting
