We are seeking a reliable, compassionate individual to provide afternoon care and supervision for a 16-year-old child in Harrison Township. This is a part-time position with consistent weekday hours, ideal for someone with a background in caregiving, education, or youth services.

Position Overview:

• Location: Harrison Township, MI

• Schedule: Weekday afternoons after 4pm, occasional weekends.

• Compensation: Weekly pay

• Training: Paid training provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive supervision and companionship in a safe, supportive environment

• Assist with light after-school tasks, such as homework support, snack preparation, and activity planning

• Encourage a positive and engaging atmosphere suited to a teenager’s needs

• Maintain open and professional communication with parents or guardians

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children or teens is preferred

• Dependable, patient, and personable demeanor

• Must have reliable transportation

• Willingness to undergo a background check

• Must be 18 years or older
