Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to support a 23-year-old male with Autism who is working on building independent living skills and managing nonpreferred tasks. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life by providing consistent, respectful support in a home and community setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily routines and life skills such as meal preparation, cleaning, and personal hygiene

• Support completion of nonpreferred tasks using encouragement, structure, and positive reinforcement

• Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being

• Engage in recreational and community activities

• Maintain clear communication with family and team members

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred, but not required

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

• Ability to follow a care plan and adapt to evolving needs

• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
