We are seeking  compassionate, dependable in-home caregivers to join our growing team in Galena and Elizabeth, IL.

Each of our client's has a unique story and we match our Care Professionals thoughtfully based on personality, experience and comfort level. Our ideal candidate is someone who is confident, upbeat, and has experience supporting clients living with dementia. This role is perfect if you enjoy meaningful conversations, sharing stories about travel adventures and with certain clients an occasional snuggle from a cat.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.


• Provide support with personal care services, including bath assistance and grooming.


• Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.


• Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
