We are looking for a kind, compassionate in-home caregiver in Hallsville, MO to join our growing team.

You’ll be supporting an older adult who values dignity, independence, and calm companionship while receiving support during a period of healing. She enjoys meaningful conversation, cooking, cards, sewing, and watching Hallmark movies, and appreciates caregivers who are patient, attentive, and respectful. Your steady support with daily routines allows her to conserve energy, focus on recovery, and continue moving forward with confidence.

Your Role Will Include

• Assisting with ADLs including showers and transfers
• Supporting daily routines while respecting independence
• Meal preparation and encouraging regular nutrition and hydration
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing transportation as needed
• Meaningful conversations and relationship building
• Observing and communicating changes to office staff

This role is ideal for a caregiver who enjoys relationship-based care and finds fulfillment in supporting someone through an important season of life.

Schedule

Sunday & Wednesday

1:00pm-5:00pm 

Consistent afternoon hours 

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $15.00-$17.00/hr

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and transfers
• Calm, patient, and proactive
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable in a home with a service dog
