Senior Helpers – Southern Maryland is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/GNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team providing essential home care services across Southern Maryland. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized companion and personal care, supporting client safety, independence, and well-being
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and favorite activities (walks, movies, games)
- Provide reliable transportation for errands, appointments, and shopping
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Support clients with mobility, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Report on client activities, health status, and behavioral changes
- Follow care plans developed by Registered Nurses
- Perform additional non-CNA functions as needed
