Location: Office headquarters in Napa, CA.
This role requires on-site caregiving in Healdsburg, CA.

🌿 About the Role
As a Registered Home Care Aide, you will deliver exceptional personal care services and assist clients with activities of daily living. You will work to ensure client dignity, comfort, and independence. You will be responsible for documenting the services provided and reporting to the Executive Director.
📌 Position Details:
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: On-site in Healdsburg, CA
Status: Part-Time
No weekends
📌 Job Responsibilities
Your duties may include the following:
- Bathing
- Meal planning and preparation
- Transferring/Ambulating
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Assisting with medication that the client self-administers
- Transportation assistance
📌 Qualifications
- Active on the California Home Care Aide Registry (found here)
- One-year experience in home care, hospital, or nursing home setting preferred
- Willing to obtain Basic Life Support CPR/AED certification
- Strong care documentation and communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Must pass Livescan fingerprinting, criminal background check, and TB screening
- Must be 18+ years old and a high school graduate (or equivalent)
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile preferred
