Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA) - Part-Time (10-12 Hour Day Shifts)

As a Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA) with Griswold, you will provide essential in-home care services to seniors and individuals in need. Your role is vital in ensuring our clients receive quality care in the comfort of their own homes. We offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling, with openings throughout the San Fernando Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting).


• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.


• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed.


• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities.


• Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team.

Minimum Requirements:

 2-3 years of professional caregiving experience
 Registered on the CA Home Care Aide Registry (includes state & FBI fingerprint background check)
 TB Clearance (per CA Health & Safety Code 1796.45)
 Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle (for client transportation)
 Vehicle Insurance & Registration
 Strong compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
 Ability to lift and transfer clients safely

Preferred Qualifications:

 Certified Caregiver, CNA, or HHA
 CPR & First Aid Certification

Available Schedules:

• 10-hour shifts & 12-hour shifts


• Monday to Friday, Morning & Day Shifts


• Weekends & Holidays optional


• On-Call Shifts
