Job Summary
We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The position is designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and improving their quality of life. In this role, staff members work closely with clients, providing personalized assistance and guidance tailored to their needs.
Each client in the ILS program receives 20 hours of service per month. The total number of hours you can work each week will depend on your case load and the number of clients you are assigned. This flexible structure allows for a balanced and tailored approach to the support

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, or similar role is preferred
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Knowledge of basic data collection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Ability to drive participants in your vehicle
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
- Valid Driver's license
- Clear back ground check
