Job Summary
We are seeking a Caregiver/ ILS worker to join our team. The ILS position is designed to support individuals in achieving greater independence and improving their quality of life. In this role, staff work closely with adults with special needs, providing personalized assistance and guidance tailored to their unique needs.
Each client in the ILS program receives 20 hours of service per month. The total number of hours you can work each week will depend on your case load and the number of clients you are assigned. This flexible structure allows for a balanced and tailored approach to the support
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver
- First aid and CPR-certified
- TB Test
- Driver's License
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with adults with different needs
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
