We are looking for a kind, dependable in-home caregiver in Jefferson City, MO to join our growing team.

You’ll be supporting an older adult living with vascular dementia who benefits from steady companionship, routine, and attentive care. This client values patience, clear communication, and a calm presence, and needs support to remain safe, comfortable, and engaged in daily life. Your care plays an important role in reducing fall risk, supporting mobility, and maintaining overall well-being.

Your Role Will Include
• Assisting with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers
• Providing mobility support and fall prevention
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation with encouragement for eating and hydration
• Meaningful companionship and engagement
• Transportation to appointments or errands as needed
• Observing and communicating changes to the care team

This role is ideal for a caregiver who is proactive, observant, and comfortable supporting clients with memory loss.

Schedule

Saturdays 8am-4pm 

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $15.00-$17.00/hr

Qualifications
• 1 year of caregiving experience - CNA preferred but not required
• Alzheimer’s/dementia basics strongly preferred
• Confident assisting with mobility and fall prevention
• Strong cooking skills preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable in a home with cats and dogs
• Patient, attentive, and proactive
