Job Description - Caregiver - Manchester Area



Do you enjoy making a difference and putting a smile on someone’s face? 
Are you someone who finds joy in meaningful conversation, preparing a delicious home-cooked meal, and engaging in activities that brighten someone’s day?

We currently have a few wonderful clients in the Manchester area who are looking for someone to socialize with them, prepare a tasty meal, and engage in meaningful activities.

If you have a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a heart for serving others, we would love for you to join our growing team!

Pay & Benefits



  • Daily Pay! Earned wage access



  • Competitive Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities



  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship



  • Provide support with personal care services, including bath assistance and grooming



  • Help clients with mobility and transportation needs



  • Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition



  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals



Qualifications



  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to continuously learn new skills



  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations



  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day



  • Demonstrated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner



  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care (minimum of 1 year preferred)



  • Supportive and dependable



  • High School Diploma or equivalent



  • Take pride in providing high-quality care
