Compassionate Caregiver Needed – Brookline, MA (Part-Time Evenings)

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced caregiver to provide companionship and safety supervision for an elderly woman in Brookline, MA.

This is an ideal opportunity for a mature caregiver who has experience supporting clients living with Alzheimer’s/dementia and who understands the importance of patience, reassurance, and compassionate redirection.

Client Needs & Responsibilities:

• Companionship and emotional support


• Safety supervision and fall prevention


• Light meal preparation/cooking


• Gentle encouragement and redirection with care


• Support in a home with a family dog

Minimal personal care is required at this time.

Language Requirement:

Korean-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. Bilingual communication skills in Korean and English are preferred to support our diverse clients and caregivers.

Important Qualifications:

• Alzheimer’s/dementia care experience REQUIRED


• Experience managing sun-downing behaviors strongly preferred


• Calm, patient, and compassionate personality


• Mature and dependable caregiver preferred


• Korean-speaking caregiver strongly preferred, but not required


• Comfortable around dogs

Schedule:

• Wednesdays & Fridays


• 4:00 PM–8:00 PM OR 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
