What the job includes:

-Helping clients, typically seniors or people with disabilities, live a rewarding daily life

-Assisting clients with basic daily tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, hygiene, and errands

-Being a pleasant, engaging, and supportive companion

-Being attentive to clients’ needs and alerting necessary parties if there is a safety or health risk

-Caregiver wages start at $18.00-$23.50 per hour depending on experience, plus ongoing pay raise opportunities.

-ABILITY TO RAISE YOUR PAY $1.50 IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT!

-Caregivers receive paid training in how to provide care, caring for those with dementia, providing supportive care for hospice clients, and much more - initially and ongoing!

-Paid Time Off is accumulated to use for vacations, sick days, or no reason at all!

What you need to be successful:

-Experience as a caregiver helpful but not required—we can train you

-A strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly

-Compassion for and interest in people from all walks of life

-Dependability and integrity

-Physical ability to complete the demands of the job

-Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

-Able to pass criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening.

-Desire to make a difference!

-We pay your application costs for the CA State Registry, including DOJ fingerprinting, and TB tests.

-We have a caring office support team to encourage and support you as a caregiver.
