Caregiver – $16–$18/hr | All Shifts | Mileage + Travel Time Paid

Flawless Family Home Care is hiring reliable, compassionate caregivers for flexible shifts in Pontiac, Dwight, Coal City, Ottawa, and nearby towns. You’ll support older adults with non-medical care including hygiene, mobility, meals, and companionship.

All shifts available — every other weekend required.

What We Offer:

$16–$18/hr depending on shift and care needs

Mileage and paid travel time when working with more than one client a day

Raises at 90 days and again at 1 year

Available every other weekend

Driver’s license and auto insurance

Reliable transportation

Able to lift 25+ lbs

Comfortable with personal care and dementia support
