Caregiver - Part Time

Job Summary:
Integrity First Caregivers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This position is a part-time, hourly role in the healthcare/medical field. As an individual contributor, the Caregiver will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medication reminder for clients on schedule and record all relevant information.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs.
- Accompany clients to doctor's appointments and assist with transportation.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately and on time.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in care giving, preferably in a home care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
