What You'll Do

  Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs while promoting comfort and independence.

  Encourage Independence: Help residents stay active, engaged, and involved in their daily routines.

  Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents' conditions and promptly report any concerns.

  Build Meaningful Connections: Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.

  Create Moments of Joy: Share conversations, laughter, and activities that make residents feel valued and appreciated.
