Schedule: PRN (minimum availability of two shifts per month required)

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
Monitor resident well-being and promptly report any changes in condition.
Encourage participation in activities that promote independence and social connection.
Collaborate with team members and families to provide personalized, compassionate care.
Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.
