Position Details:

    Monday to Friday availability between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM is a plus

    3rd shift availability is a plus

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    On-call coverage for unexpected call-outs is preferred

    
    
  
  
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous care-giving experience is required

  
  


• 
  

  CNA, PCA, or HHA license (current or previous accepted)

  
  


• 
  

  A genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate, patient, and understanding of seniors’ unique needs

  
  


• 
  

  A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to work in Randolph and Montgomery Counties is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Clean background check required

  
  

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide companionship and emotional support

  
  


• 
  

  Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Bathing, toileting, dressing, eating, grooming, walking

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Light housekeeping and running errands

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to the care team

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver high-quality, respectful, and compassionate care

As a caregiver on our team, you’ll be instrumental in helping seniors maintain their independence and dignity—allowing them to age safely and comfortably in their own homes.

You’ll be matched with clients based on compatibility, and your day-to-day work may include assistance with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and engaging clients in their favorite activities.
